After decades immersed in the corporate world, leading teams, driving growth, ticking all the boxes, we found ourselves yearning for something deeper. Something more human. More honest. More real.

I’m Vikki, one of the founders of Momentum Growth Coaching. With over 20 years in learning, development and leadership, I witnessed firsthand how often talented, capable people - especially women - were burning out, second-guessing themselves or simply going through the motions. And I knew it didn't have to be that way.

So we left behind the corporate titles and created something different. A space for reflection, clarity and forward momentum. A space where individuals and organisations alike could reconnect to their purpose, rewrite the old rules and grow into something extraordinary.

Momentum is more than coaching. It's a movement. One that meets you where you are, equips you with the tools to move forward and walks beside you as you step into the version of yourself or your team that's been waiting in the wings.
